Archie Sonic: Classic Era (#1-71) - Sonic the Hedgehog 56

In one page of this issue, there’s an unexplained plot point where Tails suddenly shows up disguised in a blue hooded cape that somehow flaps freely even without any wind, adorned with 50 magical golden Power Rings, 25 each covering both of his arms, flying out of a portal as he takes Mammoth Mogul by surprise, ramming into him with sheer strength and preventing him from finishing off Super Sonic (Sonic The Hedgehog in his Super Form) and Hyper Knuckles (Knuckles The Echidna in his Super Form), all this as the cloaked figure (Tails) continues to dodge Mogul’s onslaught before he stops inadvertently, not moving at all as he floats in place, until he is blasted by Mogul’s Chaos Energy, having the strength of 12 Chaos Emeralds, with the cloaked figure (Tails) executing his plan with the 50 Power Rings on his arms, using them to absorb Mogul’s Chaos Energy and undergo a transformation into a much stronger form. His cloak stays visible, but the mysterious wearer (Tails) becomes a pulsating ball of energy, and during his transformation, the cloaked figure (Tails) says that the voices in his head had told him the truth, and that it’s really working, just like it does for them. After the cloaked figure (Tails) finishes his transformation and regains his physical form while concealing himself back into his blue hooded cape, he then delievers a swift and powerful punch to Mogul as he says that he that now, he really is Captain Super Fox-Man, but he guesses that he should go by the name they (the voices in his head) gave him… The cloaked figure then pulls his hood down, revealed to be Tails, but has finally fulfilled his destiny as the Chosen One as he announces the name of his own Super Form, Turbo Tails, as he flies right into Mogul’s jaw with immense strength and power, with Super Sonic (Sonic) and Hyper Knuckles (Knuckles) both absolutely surprised, amazed, and shocked, with Super Sonic (Sonic) saying that he is proud of his little buddy, and Hyper Knuckles (Knuckles) is shocked as he didn’t know that the kid had it in him, all this before all three friends/heroes, all supercharged with the power of the Chaos Emeralds, work together and fight back against Mogul. …As for the part where Tails got left behind in the mysterious dimension, he said that it had something to do with the voices in his head, which are the Ancient Walkers, and also Knuckles’ great grandfather, Athair. It’s a question in this issue that will never be explained by the writers. Maybe someone on deviantart can help resolve this and write a fan made comic book to explain all this. Just how the heck did Tails escape from that weird dimension that he was left behind in, and how exactly did he get turned into that cloaked figure that appeared out of nowhere to catch Mogul off-guard? Did the Ancient Walkers and Athair combine their magic on Tails to fully awaken the Chosen One within him?
