lunar’s design is super cool. and lunar is a sugar glider apparently which is a really interesting choice since i thought lunar was a cat at first, but that explains why lunar’s tail is flat instead of the usual cat shape.
it’s also interesting how lunar is the second nonbinary character in sonic behind barry the quokka (confirmed by evan stanley on her tumblr as well as gigi dutreix on twitter).
ive been hyped for lunar since the first cover with lunar on it was revealed months ago, it wont be long now before we see lunar in action 🙂 (unless idw delays the release date which i would not be surprised at this point if they do)

You know, everyone talks about who would win in a fight, but no one talks about how good they would be on a team. For example, screw ‘who would win in a fight: Surge or Shadow’, imagine how good they would be on a team.

That’s certainly the first thing that came to my mind upon seeing Lunar to be honest
Everyone seems to think that the big slot in the middle of the coffin is for the Master Emerald. There are enough pictures of that coffin here that I won’t bother putting up one of my own. I’d like to say that the Master Emerald is too big and that there is exactly one person who can shrink it down: Knuckles. Also, that slot is too oblong for the Master Emerald. If the Chaos Emerald slots are all circle shaped, why shouldn’t the Master Emerald slot be?
3 things: 1, wth, rouge? 2, Oh look, Count Dracula, and 3, My guess is the Master Emerald goes in that huge hole in the middle.
It would be so fucking funny if the new villain just ends up being starline
