every page of this causes me massive pain to read. it’s all so… shallow. Every character is treated like they have history and weight that they haven’t earned. Plus calling this the “prime” dimension like it’s got any right to that title is so far beyond arrogant.
And Making metal into shard after only a day as metal sonic kinda encapsulates how hard this story is trying to speed run to big finales instead of actually slowing down and letting us get to know a single consistent thing about this universe.
Agreed, it’s disorienting. Mashing together all these versions and continuity’s is a detriment to this comic, some things only work in their respective universe. Because at least then there is prior setup and reasoning behind it. If I see, for example STC Sonic, I expect him to act like STC Sonic not some weird mashup that makes him so far removed that it might as well be an entirely different Sonic all together. Everything feels so rushed like ADHD. Not to mention with all these characters, there’s no way they will get an equal or even a decent amount of character development. There’s too much going on in a short amount of time and I don’t think I’ll bother continue reading it for much longer.
And if you’re unfortunate to not know one of the continuity’s in this comic you get nothing, I guarantee the majority of the people who read this comic do not know anything about STC outside what they see on social media.
hope faust
It is not a bad comic you just don’t know how long it takes to make a comic you should try it yourself if your complaining.
