Sonic the Hedgehog 2 is a favorite of mine, its fun seeing its plot reimagined here. I remember the first time I finally beat Mecha Sonic, and before the relief could even set in the death egg robot kicked my ass.
The amount of times I had to retry that fight… I could probably kill mecha with my eyes closed now
