In my opinion, and people can disagree about this, I think the comics made the deadly six better villains, especially Zor, he’s just a guy who loves pain and suffering, which should have been shown on the games.
Guys, you need to help me. Do all of this Sonic’s comics need to be watched in a certain order? Do they share stories connected to each other or are there events that take place in different universes? Please help, I’m so confused. For example, what is the subject of the comic book I wrote this comment or from which part should I read it, damn help😭😭
idw is a continuation of sonic forces, which i just watched here https://youtu.be/mnkjIK6FuVs?si=IJ3xAYyjZJi5JIol. you can kind of inference what happened for the other games, and there’s a character introduction at the start. if you really want to know everything google the main canon storyline and watch gameplays. this is the main canon storyline iirc.
you want to start from the first issue of idw. everything makes sense. you don’t need to read the archie comics to understand idw.
You gotta read the 1st comic to the last comic. Most things are explained that come from other comics, but things that are in this comic gotta be read because they don’t recap it.

the deadly six have never really been very good characters in my opinion, but I feel like this is the best they’ve been used by sonic team, so i feel like you should give idw and ian flynn a little credit
This was such a peak arc, I’m loving IDW right now.
