Anyways Tangle is drawn very nicely
Evan and Reggie completely crushed this issue. Particularly Reggie Graham with the colors. All those gorgeous reds and purples for the backgrounds during the tarot sequence that matched the card backings super well without feeling out of place, because the purple paralleled the night tones and the red paralleled the campfire tones. It adds a ton of volume to the scene while keeping the feeling of being on the border between a fire and the night air.
Then, you’ve got the wildfire not actually being on screen until the last page, but you feel its looming presence as the backgrounds and lighting grow warmer with each panel. Really inspired application of the colors and fantastic linework to carry them with from Evan as usual.
I like the way Tangle is drawn in this issue (also my username is, unfortunately, relevant once again)

Awe, Tangle wanted Whisper to come camping! X3 Tangle’s fortune was definitely referring to the two of them, too. Nice to see Sonic and Tails playing videogames, just doing something fun together! Sigh, poor Belle… I wonder what her card really said?
Hope Belle ends up ok (I’m sure she will). Also, I’m super curious as to what Belle’s tarot card was! Like, it couldn’t have been THAT bad. Love Nathalie’s art so much!
