Why did I think of Thriller while reading this?
Well this was… fun to read.
On a cold, dark night, Roxanne is home alone, trying to wait out the events of the Metal Virus. With nothing but a flashlight and a wispon, she inspects every inch of her home. Surely the creaking she hears is just the house settling, right?
