IDW Sonic The Hedgehog comics are pretty popular all over the world thanks to local publishers who translate and print the books (having the license to do that ofc)
Here's some info about some of the foreign publishers I've managed to collect. If you got more information, let us know.

Not sure if those are licensed but there's plenty of IDW Sonic in Persian for sale in Iran: https://www.hamrah-e-javan-book.com/sonic01/
UKRAINE (MIMIR Media, Nothern Lights)
IDW Sonic in українська мова is published by MIMIR Media previously known as Nothern Lights publishing house.
...
Impressive, isn't it? But there'more. The official IDW website says there's also German, Italian, and Thai editions out there. I didn't find any actual proofs of their existence yet. If you have some pictures -- feel free to share.
WOOOOOOOOO
In Brazil, they're published by Novo Século and "Geektopia" is a label they go by. They sadly seemed to have stopped at Volume 12 for some reason and there have been no new translated volumes as of late.
