Summary
Team Dark: Supernova Odyssey is a space opera comic revolving around found family and adventure themes. It serves as a hypothetical spin-off to the Shadow the Hedgehog video game, albeit a very different genre of storytelling. It takes place after Sonic Unleashed and branches off into its own timeline outside of canon.
The comic follows Team Dark as they embark on an epic journey to save the galaxy from a looming threat. Travelling through space takes time, and despite their differences, they learn to work together and perhaps forge even greater friendships along the way.

Juuust wanna point out that Chapter 4 has been finished for like a week or so now. Figured I’d mention it as you seem to be updating entire chapters at a time.
one of the best adaptions of team dark I’ve read since archie sonic really peak its a good fan red ngl.
This is great.
So far one of the best on this site I read. Outside of some nagging things like changing some character designs and the whole Maria being Shadow’s sister. This was insanely good.
Also using the one good thing from Archie reboot Eclipse the Darkling and Dark arms was brilliant.
While there are only 3 issues as of this comment, I’m really liking this story.
It’s easily one of the most engaging comics I’ve ever read; it has some insanely great character and heart to it.
Everything feels like it’s presented in the perfect amount of time, so nothing feels rushed or anything, while still keeping you interested in what comes next.
Also, the art here is GORGEOUS, even if you don’t like the simple fetch quest to save the world plot, the art and the character interaction more than makes up for that.
So yeah, give it a read, it’s absolutely worth your time.

This comic has lived rent free in my head since I first read it two weeks ago, I’ve recommended it to everybody I know. The depiction of Metal in particular is so good, it makes my inner child satisfied, who always wanted to see Metal written with some pathos. Shadow is also excellently handled, and Rouge feels satisfyingly developed too.
I’m not familiar with Hope but I like her too.
I want nothing more than for official SEGA storylines to match this level of quality. Hire this person, SEGA.
the one part of this that is lightly flawed is omega, he never talks about how annoying it is to work with eggman at random, or threatens him
we got rocket metal sonic (who was in one cutscene of one game), so i want to see some form of infinite in this

This is absolutely amazing. The characters, the art, all of it. Thank you so much for your work, this was such a wonderful read. You did all of their personalities so incredibly well, and did Shadow so much justice. The story plays out so beautifully, the designs for both the characters and the world are stunning. I hope perhaps this wasn’t the end of it. Thank you again for your time and talent
