The obscure character on Vector’s left is Cosmo The Seedrian from the Final Season of the show, who manipulated Super Sonic and Super Shadow into using the Blue Typhoon’s Sonic Power Cannon so that she can stop the Metarex herself. She was also… Uh… Tails’ GIRLFRIEND.
