While I felt like the quality of the main Archie Sonic series started to falter near the end, I feel like Sonic Universe stayed pretty consistently good for its whole run. It was a shame to see it go, but having 94 issues under its belt isn’t half bad at all. This last Chaotix pirate story in particular was a pretty light-hearted and fun storyline to end it all off with. Rest in peace.

And that’s how it ends… It’s great that Archie managed to squeeze one last issue in before the cancellation, no one would have been happy with a cliffhanger.
Welp, I’m done with Archie Sonic, my next destination would probably be Sonic X, Sonic Boom or maybe some of the fan comics on this site, I’ll see where the future takes me. Goodbye Archie, it’s been a fun run.
