Reads title, “Shattered: Restoration.” Huh, reminds me of IDW’s Restoration, which is now shattered. Hey, it’s Amy’s flying car from IDW! Yo, Amy’s Crystal Hammer was cool. Yay, Sky Sanctuary! One of my favorite levels! Loved Team Dark beating up Naugus while Knuckles and Amy rush to save the island; felt like the climax of a One Piece arc. And that’s the end of Naugus. Hopefully, Mimic and Clutch will join you in jail soon.
That part where Naugus turns into Sonic and then gets clobbered by Shadow and Knuckles without hesitation had me dying
I have to say, I don’t have a preference between IDW or Archie, but IDW could manage to take a few notes from these. Archie reboot easily had a lot of the best Sonic stories I ever read.
And that’s how it ends… It was a good arc, Naugus got locked up but I’m sure if this comic continued he’d escape. I love Knuckles and Amy’s dynamic in this story, they’re pretty much like siblings!
