rouge’s writing here is so good! AHHH! this is my favorite sonic universe pre-reboot story!!
Rouge is in for a surprise when she learns she’s messing with Shadow’s friend. Sorry, but I like her better as a good bat (modern-modern Rouge). I just like the concept of the FF having a rouge in the party. Otherwise, it would have been a badass twist to have her have been an ex bride of the bat ninjas. It would have given her some depth. Her “good bad girl” character now is confusing, cringey, uninteresting and very… eh.
Rouge with the Saiyan thing still goin on… sigh…. I wish for once I would not see the little DBZ inspirations throughout the Sonic franchise
