Tails one-shots Metal, hella redemption from last issue. I’m really starting to like Honey more. Breezie is a really interesting villain, I hope we can see more of her soon. Looking forward to the next issue!
I kinda wish Knuckles and Sonic got to finish their fight, but otherwise what a great arc!
fun fact: in the cover, it says: king of the rings which is a reference to an old sonic song (in like 1996 or something) called King of the Ring

IDW is great, Metal Virus and Vattle for the Empire was about on par with these stories, but the rest don’t have as much substance as Reboot it seems.
To be fair tho, Archie ABSOLUTELY had it’s rough spots, so hopefully with IDW someday they’ll become like this.
Hopefully it’s just growing pains.
Great arc. I thoroughly enjoyed rereading it. Apparently this issue is where Sonic and Eggman’s memories of the Pre-SGW timeline completely fade away. The old continuity is truly gone…

I admit it feels weird to see Chip being unaware of Sonic turning into the werehog, but the reaction is PRICELESS
