I have a question. And hopefully someone can answer it.
Was it a right or wrong decision for Sally to sacrifice herself? I mean, either way, Eggman wins, the heroes lose.

I mean, if Sally *hadn’t* sacrificed herself like that, sure she would have lived, but with the world below practically destroyed and only Robians controlled by Robotnik remaining, Sonic and Sally surely wouldn’t have survived for long.
Sally may have been lost and turned into a weapon, but the rest of the Freedom Fighters and the people of Mobius still stand.
Had Sally not sacrificed herself, Eggman would have dealt with 99% of his problems (with the remaining problems quickly falling as well), but because Sally did sacrifice herself, Eggman only ended up with about a 1% victory. It’s still something that benefits him, putting him in a better place than before, but Sonic and the others still have a chance to win.

When Super Sonic used Chaos Control to reverse the effects of the Genesis Wave, it came with a side effect… Only ONE of the Chaos Emeralds stayed on Mobius, being the one held by Naugus. The other six, being the one Eggman HAD, as well as the five that Feist WAS keeping in the Zone Of Silence… Were swept away to… NOT another dimension… But rather… Another WORLD. Specifically… MEGA MAN’S world.
