Oof, that Rouge-Lien Da scene really didn’t sit well with me. I know it’s too early to judge, but so far I like Penders’ stuff as much as Flynn’s, he doesn’t seem to be the great saviour of these comics’ narrative just yet. I do think Bollers is the worst, in that he’s boring and has some insane arcs.
I guess I’ll have to wait and see, but again, though Penders has some awful moments and arcs, I don’t think he’s THAT bad compared to the rest.
