So I… guess this means Sonic Heroes comes before this, right? Been trying to figure out where it most likely would have gone.
Return to Angel Island features Egg Pawns, which means we’re at least getting closer to Heroes.
Good, Bad, & Unknown (+ other Shadow stories) imply Shadow might be a robot, a similar theme as Team Dark’s storyline in Heroes.
And now this issue straight up features Neo Metal Sonic(s) who are apparently M’s new master… so that would imply it’s after Heroes, if for no other reason than giving Heroes first dibs on the “master mind Metal” schtick. Balancing all the stories, in general, it seems like it should go Good, Bad, Unknown > Heroes > This?
