Now this is what I like to see in a fan project. A new story with some new characters.
The art here is really well done, though I feel like the posing is a bit stiff; some more ‘dynamicacy’ would be nice, to make up a fake word.
The story is great so far though it would be nice for the story to delve more into the world and what sort of world it is (IDW, Archie, etc).
Not sure If I’m super into the ‘leading’ oc of the story. Their design feels a bit too overdone here, not to mention their introduction being as cool as possible with their super form.
It feels like the story has ‘blessed’ them in a sense to be cool and powerful from the start versus them having naturally got there.
Not to mention I don’t know what they are… A dragon mixed with a cat and hedgehog??
Hopefully more comics will flesh the story out and change my few negative outlooks.
Easily a 7/10 story. Keep it going!
